Refund policy
Boston Flower Co. – Refunds, Returns & Satisfaction Policy
1. Perishable Items (Cut Flowers, Arrangements, Plants):
All sales are final, as flowers are perishable. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there’s any issue with quality or damage. We will either Replace the item with one of equal or greater value, or offer store credit, at our discretion, if replacement isn’t possible. Personal preference (“not liking” the arrangement) is not valid grounds for return.
2. Hard Goods (Vases, Non-perishable Gifts, Accessories & Retail Items):
Returnable within 5 days of purchase, unused, with proof of purchase, for store credit. Seasonal or holiday-themed items are final sale.
3. Custom Orders (Weddings, Corporate, Social Events) This does not apply to our full service package. All custom orders require full payment upon placement.
These orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or changed within 14 days of the event date.
4. Order Cancellations (Standard Orders Only):
More than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: 15% restocking fee applies.
Within 24 hours of scheduled delivery: 25% refund only.
Orders in process, en route, or already delivered cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Substitutions:
To maintain design integrity, substitutions of equal or higher value may be made due to availability.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion, provided issues are reported within the 24-hour window.

Delivery Zones & Fees
We offer flower delivery throughout the Boston metro area, including Milton, Canton, and select surrounding neighborhoods.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be displayed at checkout.Delivery Times
Standard delivery hours are Wednesday to Friday, between Noon – 5:00 PM.
We do not guarantee specific delivery times, but time requests (e.g., “morning delivery”) will be honored when possible.
We do offer secret admirers boquets. reciepent will be notified upon order confirmation.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
Flowers may be left at the door, with a neighbor, or with building staff, weather and security permitting.
If redelivery is needed, a second delivery fee may apply.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure recipient details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If redelivery is required due to an address issue, additional charges will apply.
